Fri som en fågel adheres to the Swedish Consumer Sales Act and the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, in accordance with Swedish legislation.
I provide only general guidance on personal finance and do not offer individual investment advice regarding shares, funds, or savings platforms.
Any advice or tips from me, Anna Gröhn, and the company, Fri som en fågel, are for informational purposes only. Neither the company nor I, as an individual, accept any responsibility for losses, costs, or other consequences arising from actions taken based on the content found on the website, blog, or in the Budget Calendar. Investments always carry a risk.
Ordering
Once your order is completed, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. This confirmation includes details of the products, prices, and delivery address. Fri som en fågel accepts no responsibility for non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
If you notice any errors in your order confirmation, please contact me immediately.
Delivery
Delivery time is estimated at 3–9 working days. Orders are sent via PostNord directly to your letterbox.
If a delay occurs and you have not been contacted regarding an extended delivery time, you should contact me.
Fri som en fågel is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure).
For any delivery-related enquiries, please contact Fri som en fågel by email at kontakt@frisomenfagel.com or kontakt@frisomenfagel.shop, using the subject line “Delivery” to ensure a timely response (you will receive a reply within 48 hours).
For orders that are not collected, Fri som en fågel reserves the right to charge a fee of 300 SEK to cover return shipping and handling costs.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and holiday seasons.
Prices and Promotions
All prices in the shop are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK). A VAT of 25% is included where applicable.
Shipping costs may be added to your order. Fri som en fågel reserves the right to change prices based on supplier pricing, demand, promotional campaigns, or incorrect information.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions (e.g. already discounted items or other discount codes), unless clearly stated otherwise.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
- You must notify us of your decision to withdraw by emailing kontakt@frisomenfagel.shop. Your email must clearly state your name, address, email address, and which item(s) the return concerns. You may also use the Swedish Consumer Agency’s standard withdrawal form, available here: Konsumentverkets ångerblankett
- You will receive a response within 48 hours. Fri som en fågel will then send you a return label, and you will have 14 days from the date of your withdrawal notice to return the product.
- You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of return shipping, as well as the condition and packaging of the item upon return. The product should be securely packaged and in good condition in its original packaging.

Complaints and Faulty Items
You have the right to file a complaint about defective products for up to 3 years and 2 months.
- Fri som en fågel carefully inspects all items before dispatch. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, Fri som en fågel will, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law, correct the issue at no cost to you.
- You must always contact Fri som en fågel for approval before returning a defective item.
- You must report the fault within a reasonable time (no later than 2 months) from when it was discovered, preferably as soon as possible.
To file a complaint:
- Email kontakt@frisomenfagel.shop with your name, address, email address, a description of the issue, and images showing the fault.
- You will receive a reply within 48 hours. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, Fri som en fågel will issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
- Fri som en fågel reserves the right to deny a complaint if the item is deemed not to be defective under consumer protection law.

Limitation of Liability
Fri som en fågel accepts no liability for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure), such as fire, war, government actions, or disruptions in delivery from suppliers.
Product Information
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Fri som en fågel cannot guarantee that product images reflect the exact colour or appearance of the products, due to differences in photography, screen settings, and resolution. Products are always presented as accurately as possible.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Fri som en fågel reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the website.
The amended terms are considered accepted once an order is placed.
Disputes and Governing Law
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between Fri som en fågel and the customer, you may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in Sweden.
You can also use the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Minors
Fri som en fågel does not sell products to individuals under the age of 18.
